Led by instructor Praveen Kothakhota, the session offered the team, a much-needed opportunity to step away from their busy work environments, unwind, and connect with nature. The attendees shared how wonderful it was to simply relax, breathe, and feel the sun on their faces.

Thanks to Pat, Chloe and their team for participating to this event, and to Praveen for guiding such an amazing, grounding experience!
