Reclaiming the riverside: Dementia inclusive reminiscence walk in Avenue Park for Dementia Action Week.

Join us for a Reminiscence walk where we will share stories/memories of how Avenue Park has changed over time and stories of playing outside in parks as a child.
Everyone is welcome to come along. The session will last approximately 90 minutes and is a dementia inclusive event. You are welcome to bring a family member, carer or friend with you.
This event part of the Reclaiming the Riverside project and is being held as part of Dementia Action week.
